What is a sub-domain name?

A sub-domain name allows you to have your own name in front of ‘praxlearn.net‘. Some examples:

  • myschool.praxlearn.net
  • frenchonline.praxlearn.net
  • learnphp.praxlearn.net

When you sign-up for a praxLearn™ plan you can choose your own sub-domain.

You can also use a full domain such as frenchonline.com  or your own sub-domain like ‘courses.frenchonline.com‘ (if you are the registered owner of frenchonline.com, for example) but the domain must be hosted on a praxMatrix server and the DNS settings correctly entered to point to our servers. Our support desk will help with the details if that is the way you choose to go.
