A sub-domain name allows you to have your own name in front of ‘‘. Some examples:


When you sign-up for a praxLearn™ plan you can choose your own sub-domain.

You can also use a full domain such as  or your own sub-domain like ‘‘ (if you are the registered owner of, for example) but the domain must be hosted on a praxMatrix server and the DNS settings correctly entered to point to our servers. Our support desk will help with the details if that is the way you choose to go.

Yes, if you have the Network subscription we can upgrade it based on the number of user and/or additional storage that you require. Contact our customer services with your request.

Yes, however there are some important points you must be aware of:

  • your domain must be hosted by praxMatrix Digital Publishing Ltd.
  • a praxLearn™ installation cannot be migrated to a non-praxMatrix location or server or hosted by another organisation.
  • if you cancel a praxLearn™ subscription you can then move your domain to another hosting service once we have removed the praxLearn™ installation.

Yes, you can easily upgrade to a new plan at any time. You will need to cancel your existing plan with PayPal and purchase another through this website. You will not lose any data from your existing praxLearn™ installation.

As we offer upgrade discounts to existing subscribers make sure you have a look at your ‘Offers’ section of your client dashboard before ordering!

Yes, you can pay annually. Payment can be made either through PayPal, by credit card or by direct transfer to our bank.
